Package Holiday with Direct Holidays
We had originally booked the Castillo Beach Club for our winter break, when I got a call from Direct Holidays one evening telling me that the agent abroad had overbooked clients and they had rebooked us in to the VIP Villas, Caleta Dorada. Obviously, I was suspicious and thought this was a practical joke, being upgraded from the Castillo Beach Club to the VIP Villas – but it wasn’t a wind up – thankfully.

Villa: Excellent, clean, well maintained with your own terrace, garden area, pool, jacuzzi and games room. This villa also had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The pool is absolutely freezing in December!!!!!
Complex: The VIP Villas are part of the Caleta Dorada complex., which was kept spotless at all times.
Pool Bar: We went to the Pool bar once and found it to be okay.
Maid service: Absolutely excellent.
